What do I want that I already have?

I heard this and thought it sounded interesting. When I tried it, I banged out my list so easily and realized when I looked back at it, it didn’t leave much to be desired, or ‘my wants’. I ended up feeling pretty grateful for what I already have.

If you find yourself struggling to practice ‘gratitude’, it can be a much easier way to start.
