Who am I angry at?

That question definitely triggers thoughts and emotions in most people. I think an instinctive reaction is ‘no one, I’m not angry at anyone!’ This would be the more socially accepted response, right? Well, guess what? This is your journal and your thoughts that no one else has to see. So, let your thoughts and emotions work out some underlying and possibly subconscious anger that could be interfering with your ability to make strong & brave decisions in your life. As always remember, our journaling is a judgement free zone.
