SMART Goals - an easy setup/system to learn how to set goals
Specific: is your goal specific enough
Measurable: is your goal measurable? Is there clear criteria?
Achievable: is your goal achievable? If not, how can you adjust your goal and timeframe expectations to make it achievable?
Realistic: is your goal realistic? Are you physically and mentally capable? prepared? able to commit to it? If not, is there another goal, a similar goal or something else you can do to put this one within reach?
Time Framed: does your goal have a time frame? Is there a sense of urgency? If not, what else do you need to do to put your goal on a timeline?
